Job Description:

This position will be a key contributor to the success of theGreshammanufacturing location by supporting the applications,printers,basicnetworking,terminal servers,phonesandcomputers used in the manufacturing environment. A successful candidate will work independently while takingdirectionsfrom theEnterprise ApplicationsInfrastructureManager. The candidateshouldhave strong troubleshooting,analytical, and communicationskills. The candidate needs tobe able to understand complex documentation relatingto the hardware and software they support and use.Installingorperformingupgrades to software applicationsindividually orthroughdeployment softwareis a core job function.

• Be the first responder to allITrelated issues and calls

• Maintain a high level of engagement in job ownership, customer service, and quality of service

• Work within a team to provide technicalsupport tomanufacturing andengineering users

• Be able to work for long periods in a clean room environment wearing full bunny suit attire

• Work autonomously in researching issuesandcomingto viable/relevant solutions.

• Practice excellent verbal and written skills

• Provide quality fab application supportand desktop computing environmentsupport

• Use CorporateService Nowticketing environmentto log and monitor customer questions, issues, and problems through to resolution/completion

• Work independently with minimal supervision, be self-directed,and self-led

• Assist the engineers within your team

• Work autonomously in researching issueswhilecomingto viable and relevant solutions

• Apply troubleshooting/analytical skills to problem solving

• Install and maintain computing devices in a clean room environment

• Resolve desktop software and desktop hardware problems for end-users

• Maintain systems in-line with site and corporate direction and policies

• Maintain accurate inventory of computing devices and software

• Add new devices to LAN and Active Directory

• Initially troubleshootnetwork related issues(Serial, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)

• Coordinate and perform network wiring cross-connects

• Resolve IT Security issues on computing devices

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experiencein desktop management and knowledge of LAN concepts.Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, Outlook).Mustbe able to work for long periods in a clean room environment wearing full bunny suit attire. Mustbe self-motivated and able to complete tasksin priority orderwith strongproblem-solvingability.Customer service skills are a must.

Critical Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 30 lbs; push 80 lbs, pull approx. 80 lbs; carry 40 lbs; sit 20%; stand 40%; walk 40%; must be able to perform activities that include climbing, bending at waist, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, crawling, handling, feeling, hearing, talking, seeing.
