Job Description: This position will be a key contributor to the success of theGreshammanufacturing location by supporting the applications,printers,basicnetworking,terminal servers,phonesandcomputers used in the manufacturing environment. A successful candidate will work independently while takingdirectionsfrom theEnterprise ApplicationsInfrastructureManager. The candidateshouldhave strong troubleshooting,analytical, and communicationskills. The candidate needs tobe able to understand complex documentation relatingto the hardware and software they support and use.Installingorperformingupgrades to software applicationsindividually orthroughdeployment softwareis a core job function.
Requirements/Qualifications: Experiencein desktop management and knowledge of LAN concepts.Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, Outlook).Mustbe able to work for long periods in a clean room environment wearing full bunny suit attire. Mustbe self-motivated and able to complete tasksin priority orderwith strongproblem-solvingability.Customer service skills are a must.
