Pharmacy Manager - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates

Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum, partners with behavioral health and addiction treatment communities to improve medication access and patient outcomes. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical leadership role by overseeing pharmacy operations, supporting patients and providers, and leading a high-performing pharmacy team. [

Working within a coordinated care environment, you'll provide direct patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, drive pharmacy performance, and build strong relationships with clinic partners. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals managing complex health conditions.

Location: Centerstone of Indiana, 645 S Rogers St, Suite C, Bloomington, IN 47403
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Closed for lunch 12:00 PM-1:00 PM)

What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
  • Create exceptional experiences for consumers and clinic partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and community stakeholders
  • Serve as a pharmacy resource for clinical teams and support clinical outcomes
  • Counsel patients on medications, treatment plans, and wellness services
  • Administer immunizations and other preventive health services
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards
  • Oversee pharmacy financial performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain pharmacy staff
  • Foster an engaging, team-oriented culture aligned with company values
  • Review key performance indicators and implement improvement strategies
  • Support workforce planning and operational excellence
  • Promote pharmacy services through community outreach and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Current Pharmacist license in the State of Indiana
  • Certified Immunizer, or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience
  • Authorization to administer long-acting injectable medications, or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire

Compensation
  • Salary range: $110,200 - $188,800 annually
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
