ERP Project Job Description
The ERP Human Resources Partner serves as the dedicated HR liaison and strategic workforce advisor to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Management Office. This position works closely with ERP leadership, workstream leads, change management resources, campus and system stakeholders, and Office of Human Resources (OHR) teams to support workforce readiness, organizational design, position management, staffing strategies, change impacts, and adoption activities associated with the University's ERP modernization initiative. The position translates ERP business decisions into human capital strategies and helps ensure successful implementation of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. The HR Partner serves as a trusted advisor to program leadership while maintaining alignment with university HR policies, practices, compensation guidelines, and workforce planning objectives. Dually reporting to the ERP Program Director and the Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, the role provides high quality, business-focused and strategic advice, guidance, and support to the goals and missions of the program and university-wide HR priorities. Duties include, but are not limited to: ERP Workforce Planning and Organizational Readiness Position Management and Classification Support HR Consultation and Stakeholder Support Change Management As with all positions, involvement with other duties and responsibilities may be expected in order to support the mission and purpose of the ERP project, OHR, and the broader University of Missouri. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
