Senior Product Operations Manager, Seller Financial Services

Note: This role requires you onsite 5 days a week in Hoboken, NJ

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Strategy to play a pivotal role in expanding embedded financial products for marketplace sellers. In this influential role, you will act as a business owner, overseeing operations, leveraging data insights, and tackling complex business challenges related to financial products and services for both domestic and international marketplace sellers. You will be instrumental in identifying and implementing product, operational, and servicing improvements, working within a collaborative team committed to delivering best-in-class solutions.

What you'll do:

• Drive Data-Driven Product and Service Enhancements: Utilize seller feedback and comprehensive analytics to continuously build and improve financial products and servicing operations.
• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), lead insightful business reviews, and pinpoint critical drivers to ensure the sustained success of financial offerings.
• Oversee Seller Financial Operations: Manage essential operational aspects for seller financial services, including onboarding, offboarding, and various seller-facing business functions.
• Conduct Strategic Market Analysis: Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement through in-depth analysis of market trends, seller behavior, and data insights.
• Lead Complex Problem Solving: Independently define and resolve ambiguous and intricate business problems, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or closely related domains.
• Proficiency in SQL/Python for data analysis, coupled with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and effectively navigating ambiguity.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55/hr to $61.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
