We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client's team as a pivotal contributor, delivering critical insights that shape the future of their operations. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable strategies, directly influencing key business objectives and driving impactful outcomes across various business areas. What You Will Do



  • Partner with business and support leaders to deeply understand their needs, translating business objectives into precise technical requirements and actionable data presentations.
  • Securely and efficiently extract and stage data from diverse sources, including enterprise data warehouses, application systems, and approved third-party platforms, preparing it for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • Design and develop sophisticated management information solutions, encompassing ad hoc requests, recurring reports, advanced business intelligence dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), complex analyses, and robust data-driven decision models. Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to transition solutions into production.
  • Create and implement forecasts, predictive models, and prescriptive analytics, actively participating in scenario planning with business leaders to achieve strategic objectives. Ensure all models are thoroughly documented, tested, validated, and maintained in adherence to governance policies.
  • Conduct original, complex descriptive and diagnostic analyses and visualizations, responding to emerging business trends and stakeholder concerns. Articulate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Perform peer reviews of analytical work to ensure accuracy and efficacy. Proactively maintain and update management information solutions, guaranteeing their relevance, utility, accuracy, security, and comprehensive documentation.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as applied mathematics/statistics, data analytics, finance/economics, computer science, management information systems, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional data and analytics experience, demonstrating a proven ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience delivering comprehensive descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to inform business strategy.
  • Expert proficiency in Standard Query Language (SQL) and similar tools for data manipulation and extraction. Deep understanding of database principles and best practices for data management, with the ability to independently source and leverage data effectively.
  • Creator/Power User level expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with the aptitude to master both.
  • Proficiency in developing, validating, and applying data-driven decision-making models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Proficiency in standard desktop applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and Jira.
  • Exceptional ability to curate and apply data to inform and influence business leader deliberations, actively contributing to decision-making and evaluating outcomes.
  • Strong business consultation skills, underpinned by a solid understanding of the supported industry segment, advanced data analytics knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
