Philadelphia - Intellectual Property - Life Sciences (Biotechnology) - Junior/Midlevel Associate

Seeking a junior to midlevel associate with 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice. A Ph.D. in a life sciences discipline is required.

Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) is required. It is required that you prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to you joining the firm or during your first 12 months from the date of hire. The successful applicant must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and is required to be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying.
