Position Overview:

We are seeking a Document Control Coordinator III to manage the lifecycle of controlled documents across the organization, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will support engineering, quality, and operations teams across multiple facilities by maintaining document integrity within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will serve as a key resource for document control processes, quality system compliance, audit readiness, and electronic document management system administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Kollmorgen document control system, ensuring all controlled documents are reviewed, scanned, and confirmed in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain controlled documentation in accordance with established document retention procedures and naming conventions
  • Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and applicable industry standards
  • Verify that all controlled documents are properly formatted, labeled, stored, and readily accessible
  • Conduct periodic audits of controlled documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance using systems such as Oracle and Noetix
  • Support internal, customer, AS9100 and ISO 9001 audits through document retrieval and records support
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and related business processes
  • Train employees on document control procedures, policies, and system usage
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure document integrity and process compliance
  • Perform any other duties as assigned and necessary
Required Skills and Qualications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, quality systems administration, records management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes, records management, and document retention practices
  • Experience supporting Quality Management Systems and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and Noetix
  • Ability to identify, handle, store, transmit, and control technical data in compliance with ITAR requirements and company policies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills and Qualications:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering Technology, Information Management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Advanced knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Experience supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits
  • Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience training employees on systems, procedures, and compliance requirements

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to

use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee

frequently needs to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee must climb or balance;

stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral

vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

  • This position is in a manufacturing environment and requires regular exposure to industrial machinery, moving mechanical equipment, vibration, and varying temperatures. The work area may be noisy due to the operation of production equipment, machining centers, welding systems, testing equipment, and other manufacturing processes. Employees are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe footwear, and other protective equipment as required. The ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced production environment is essential.

Work Type: Onsite- This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a fulltime basis

Expected Base Salary Range: $36,800 - $55,100

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's basepaycompensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,educationand internal peer compensationcomparisons among other potential factors.

This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and business needs.
