Essential Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communications plans. 20 hours per week Equal Employment Opportunity Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Strong written communication skills. Experience creating content for and managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to support organizational communications, audience engagement, and promotional initiatives. Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience creating flyers, social media graphics, presentations, or marketing materials using Canva or similar design software. Photography or basic video editing skills. Interest in nonprofit work, communications, public relations, marketing, or graphic design. Education Level: Work Study position through the University of New Mexico. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in the fall and 6 credit hours in the spring at the University of New Mexico. Preferred fields of study include Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, Advertising, or related disciplines.
