Forklift Certification Specialist
Hire Dynamics - Greer, SC Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri Location: In-office at the Hire Dynamics branch in Greer. Travel to various client sites as needed. Additional job duties will include: Conduct virtual trainings. Assist branch with recruiting efforts as needed when Forklift verifications/trainings have slowed down. Job Summary We are seeking a Forklift Certification Specialist to lead and facilitate forklift safety training programs and validate operator skills on Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment at our Validation/Career Center locations. In addition to PIT certification, the Specialist will support the upskilling and validation of a variety of skills within the logistics and manufacturing industries we serve. This role involves delivering both classroom and hands-on training for new and experienced PIT operators, assessing operator performance, and ensuring full compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to track, analyze, and report training data.
