Job Title: Cloud Program Manager

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager to lead multiple Google Cloud initiatives for large enterprise and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex cloud transformation, migration, application modernization, and data analytics programs across globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Google Cloud projects involving cross-functional teams for Tier 1 enterprise and public sector organizations.
  • Drive the transition from sales engagement to project delivery, including project initiation, planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, manage forecasts, and proactively identify potential risks.
  • Own and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Validate the quality of deliverables from internal and partner teams against contractual commitments and project requirements.
  • Manage project scope and ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with services delivered by cloud professional services teams and partners.
  • Maintain accurate resource, financial, and project forecasts across internal project management systems.
  • Lead formal project closeout activities, including lessons learned and retrospective sessions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiations across clients, internal teams, and strategic partners.
  • Maintain project hygiene and accurate information across CRM, project planning, financial, and other internal systems.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, including preparation, coordination, stakeholder alignment, and presentation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accurate status reporting, financial tracking, and delivery forecasts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
    • Google Cloud Digital Leader (CDL)
    • Google AI Leader (GAIL)
  • 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation projects for major enterprise and public sector organizations.
  • 10+ years of experience managing technical projects involving cloud infrastructure, application modernization, and/or data analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering cloud migration projects.
  • 10+ years of experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technology partners and/or global delivery centers.
  • Experience working with diverse, globally distributed teams, clients, and delivery partners.
  • Experience leading project kickoffs, including preparation, coordination, and presentation.
  • Experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
  • Experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Hands-on experience managing concurrent projects, including status reporting and project financial tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work from a customer office on weekdays when required by the project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud Architect certification from a major cloud provider.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Scrum Master or SAFe certification.
  • Experience using data-driven insights to support decision-making and prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud market, major cloud platforms, and differentiators among cloud offerings.
