We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. This position involves assembling small electro-mechanical components and products using basic hand tools and following detailed verbal and written work instructions.

Job Duties



  • Assemble small electro-mechanical components and products according to established procedures.
  • Use basic hand tools such as pliers, wire strippers, and other simple assembly tools.
  • Follow written work instructions, diagrams, procedures, and verbal directions.
  • Strip, connect, bend, cut, or otherwise work with wires and small components as required.
  • Assemble tubing, fittings, wires, and other components into finished assemblies.
  • Properly identify and install the correct component in the correct location.
  • Perform repetitive assembly operations while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
  • Inspect completed work for defects, incorrect assembly, missing components, or other quality issues.


Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.
  • Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Electro-Mechanical Assembler.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience.
  • Previous experience using basic hand tools.
  • Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience.
  • Experience working with wires, tubing, small components, or similar products.
  • Experience in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach when necessary.
  • Ability to move around the production area as required.
  • Ability to lift up to approximately pounds.
  • Ability to maintain concentration while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in areas that may become warm during certain seasons.
