- Manufacture commercial cabinets (casework), countertops (laminate and solid surface), die walls, and retail fixtures.
- Work with manufacturing hand tools, including drills, saws, routers, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
- Ability to identify wood types, plastics, and acrylics.
- Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and locks onto cabinets.
- Highly motivated and focused.
- Inspect finished cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.
- Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.
- Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Cabinet Assembler.
- xperience in cabinet assembly or similar woodworking field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical dexterity and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift Lbs.
