Summary: Cost Planning & Forecasting: Develop detailed cost models, project budgets, and cash flow forecasts from feasibility to final closeout Variance & Performance Analysis: Track capital expenditures (CapEx), analyze cost variances against baselines, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership Change & Risk Management: Oversee full change-order workflows, evaluate contractor pricing claims, and mitigate commercial risk Key Responsibilities Financial Costing and Analysis Review and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and report on project expenditures, cash flow, and financial performance against approved budgets. Lead contract administration activities including procurement, change orders, and claims management. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential cost overruns and schedule delays. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align financial objectives with project delivery goals. Implement and maintain best practices for cost management, control, and reporting processes. Prepare and present regular cost and financial reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on data center or colocation infrastructure for a general contractor, colocation provider, or hyperscaler. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale data center construction projects as an individual contributor or technical lead. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
