Description and Requirements

As a Technical Client Advisor, you will serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to deliver customized solutions, address technical inquiries, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our products or services. You will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to provide outstanding service and support. This role blends technical expertise with a strong understanding of client needs and business opportunities. You will apply your knowledge of customer needs, opportunities, and Lenovo's assets to create top-tier solutions and gain support from key stakeholders throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating, customizing, and utilizing our products or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to address client needs and feedback
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and Lenovo's strategies to address them
  • Collect and relay customer feedback on current products to Lenovo Business Units to inform future product improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Lenovo sales teams and serve as a support specialist
  • Asst in managing the sales process with Lenovo Sellers and build new relationships with decision-makers involved in solution choices

Basic Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or relevant technical background/certification
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or consultative support role
  • Strong relationship and team building skills..
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven experience in acquiring new business and managing relationships within existing accounts

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated high performance and a track record of success
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer is highly desirable

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 103,200-158,240 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
