And we're always on the lookout for new people who can help us innovate, grow, and reach our goal.
About the role
Account Managers own Net Revenue Retention across their book, combining strong customer relationships with a proactive approach to growing accounts from within. As an Account Manager you will regularly connect with customers as well as partner with Partner Sales Managers and our Support teams to better understand the needs and vision of your customers. You will be directly responsible for guiding them to take full advantage of our product offerings. You will work closely with your Manager, Sales, Marketing and Support teams to communicate your customer's needs and vision internally and to collaboratively ensure your customers are receiving a world-class experience. Your goal should be to become a trusted advisor for your customers throughout their digital transformation journey, with success measured on NRR, with an emphasis on expansion.

- Maintain a regular cadence of customer meetings to keep satisfaction high and to identify and close add-on and upsell opportunities, while achieving or exceeding monthly targets for these opportunities.
- Renewals are handled by our offshore team as a transactional process, but retention remains critical to your NRR number. Work closely with this team on any at risk accounts and use the renewal moment as a trigger point to surface further add-on and upsell opportunity.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and report territory progress to management regularly. Proactively build out new contacts across a range of personas within each account to widen our footprint across the full ICP, not just print stakeholders.
- Build genuine competency in delivering Vasion's IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) pitch, developing the insight to educate customers on the art of the possible and lead them to new opportunities rather than waiting to be led.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Execute a territory plan focused on high ARR accounts and those with significant growth potential, applying a MEDDPICC approach to map buying cycles, decision criteria, decision process and economic buyer, alongside analysing customer budget cycles, procurement processes and resource needs.
