At Microsoft, our Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization powers the infrastructure behind the world's fastest-growing AI and cloud platforms. The Datacenter Integration (DCI) Procurement team plays a critical role in enabling predictable delivery of capacity across a rapidly expanding global datacenter portfolio. We are seeking an execution-oriented leader to serve as Director, Network Infrastructure Supply Chain Execution, responsible for translating long-term fiber and telecom capacity strategies into executable supply plans that support DCI capacity delivery. The role owns the operationalization of supplier capacity after strategic agreements are established-ensuring demand is translated into actionable forecasts, orders, production plans, delivery schedules, and installation readiness. This leader will provide end-to-end visibility across fiber and telecom supply, proactively managing supplier capacity and escalating delivery risks that could impact data center milestones. A key focus will be establishing and scaling the AMER fiber installation supply chain, creating an integrated model that connects material supply, installers, demand, and project execution. Sourcing and Category Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
