We are currently accepting applications for Class A CDL Drivers to fill permanent, year-round, direct hire positions in Houston, TX! Tricont Trucking Company is a Del Monte Fresh Company! Earn $1,500-$1,800 per week (Top drivers $1,800+) Start time: 1:00 AM Average 50 hours per week 90% Touch Freight Primarily 2020 model trucks Consistent, year-round work - no seasonal slowdowns 15 days of PTO for the year. Eligible to use after completion of the 90-day probationary period! Job Description: Run local/regional routes out of Houston, TX Driver will deliver Austin, TX and surrounding area Deliver fresh and refrigerated products Ensure safe, on-time deliveries Operate modern, well-maintained equipment What to Expect: (Start time - 1:00 AM) 10-12-hour shifts Average 50-hour work week 5-6-day work week Weekend work required (Saturday or Sunday rotation) Consistent routes and schedules - minimal week-to-week changes Fast-paced operation with steady stops Pay & Bonuses: $1,600-$1,900 weekly average $78,000-$90,000 annually $500 Quarterly Safety Bonus Requirements: Must be 21+ years of age Minimum 1 year Class A CDL experience Clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations/accidents within the last 36 months Ability to pass DOT physical, background, and drug screening All drivers will be required to apply via ADP and Ten Street.
