POSITION SUMMARY: The Analyst - Ambulatory Access provides analytic, operational, and system-level support for enterprise-wide healthcare scheduling initiatives to maximize patient care availability and streamline clinical workflows. This role operates under the general direction of the Director of Access Optimization. Through daily management of scheduling systems, workplans, and data analytics, this position directly drives operational efficiency, revenue cycle alignment, and patient satisfaction across all outpatient departments. Primarily desk-based work with prolonged screen time. May require occasional early/late hours to support go-lives and stakeholder sessions; remote role with periodic on-site presence for design and training. Compensation Range: $53,000.00- $77,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
