| Job Description |
ECU College of Health and Human Sciences is currently seeking an Academic Partnerships and Program Student Assistant.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering, updating, and maintaining information in university systems and tracking tools
- Assisting with the monitoring and organization of affiliation agreements and related documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of partner sites and contacts
- Assisting with data quality and reporting
- Supporting other administrative projects related to experiential learning, clinical/field experiences, student placements, and academic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and computer systems. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in higher education administration, data management, academic partnerships, and program operations. |

| Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) |
- Preference for students in the College of Health and Human Sciences or related programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other computer systems, such as Adobe
- Ability to accurately enter and manage information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative, office, data entry, or customer service experience preferred but not required
