Pay Rate: $20.27 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Job Duties



  • Operate a forklift for approximately 75% of the workday.
  • Move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials throughout the facility as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
  • Assist with general material-handling and warehouse duties.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
  • Support the team with additional warehouse duties as needed.



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements



  • 1+ years of experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
  • Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
  • Previous forklift experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of safe forklift operation.
  • Ability to work the full 2nd shift schedule.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety-conscious and dependable.
  • Willingness to perform general material-handling duties in addition to forklift operation.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
