Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of Optum Behavioral Care, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families. This role focuses on assessing and treating a variety of mental health and substance use conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches while collaborating within a supportive, patient-centered care environment. Position Highlights Conduct mental health and substance use assessments Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities Utilize CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic interventions Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support patient outreach initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active, unrestricted Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT Experience delivering behavioral health treatment and psychotherapy Ability to maintain clinical documentation and work effectively in a collaborative care environment
