Natick, Massachusetts \| Reliant Medical Group (Optum) Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Per Diem Advanced Practice Clinician (Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner) to provide urgent care services in a collaborative, clinician-led environment. This role supports a value-based care model focused on quality patient outcomes, with access to specialty resources, advanced technology, and an integrated care team serving patients across Central and Metro-West Massachusetts. Position Highlights Per diem APC role within the ReadyMED+ Urgent Care network. Value-based care model focused on quality rather than productivity. Flexible scheduling options Approximately 2 patients seen per hour. Access to medical specialists, including behavioral health and dermatology. State-of-the-art EPIC EMR and collaborative multidisciplinary support. Required Qualifications Board Certification eligibility as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Certification to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adults. Ability to obtain unrestricted Massachusetts licensure. Minimum three years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience and active DEA license. The hourly range for this role is $50.24 to $75.00 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
