Description

    Acting as the Lead System Administrator and secondary system administrator for NET development and instructor, supporting technical instruction and lab environment configuration
  • Performing Tier II/III help desk and systems administration support while serving as the lead for network troubleshooting, switch configurations, routing, and enterprise firewall tickets
  • Conducting sysadmin testing, supporting operational fielding events, and executing quarterly security patches and baseline updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military/DOD intelligence, communications, or information technology training

  • 12 plus years experience in a directly related system administration, network engineering, or technical instructional role supporting U.S. military C5ISR, tactical, or intelligence systems

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Lead System Administrator to include overseeing enterprise and tactical IT infrastructure, server/workstation baselines, user administration, and Tier II/III technical support and escalation

  • Direct, hands-on experience assisting in the configuration of training environments and the preparation and delivery of technical instruction to military operators and administrators

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise network troubleshooting, including layer 2/3 switch configurations, routing resolution, firewall rule updates, and the management and resolution of enterprise network tickets

  • Experience ensuring operational compliance with system accreditation baselines and security controls

  • Direct experience serving as a designated DTA, including coordinating, executing, and logging secure cross-domain file transfers in accordance with DoD and NSA security policies and directives

  • Demonstrated experience executing system administration testing and operational fielding support, including test procedure execution, user acceptance testing, quarterly security patching, IAVA implementation, and baseline update releases

  • Ability to manage privileged access and system administration responsibilities for classified systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, DoD regulations, and service component directives

  • Possess CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including drafting reports, technical artifacts, and delivering program briefs to both contractor and Government leadership
  • 15 plus years experience supporting the TCAC PoR


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL with CI POLY ELIGIBILITY



Travel Requirements

  • 15+ days per year, TBD by contract requirements
