Job Description: Job Title: Technical Solutions Consultant Location:Remote - Detroit metro area, with up to 3 days/week onsite at our client's site in Auburn Hills, MI Employment Type: Full-time This is an existing vacancy About the Role: As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you'll partner directly with one of our automotive clients to turn complex business challenges into clear, actionable technical solutions. You'll own the solution design process from initial discovery through project kickoff, independently managing your priorities while partnering with Solution Analysts, Architects, and Developers to bring each solution to life. In this role, you will: *Partner with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable technical solutions - including recognizing when their stated ask isn't the right fit. *Own high-level estimates and review detailed estimates from your development, QA, and architecture partners. * Produce solution documentation (e.g., business and functional requirements, wireframes) and creating client-facing Statements of Work and proposals. *Present your solution approach to clients and internal stakeholders and providing technical mentorship to junior teammates. * Identify opportunities to expand your work with the client based on unmet business needs you uncover. Compensation and Benefits This position has a starting salary range of USD $110,000 - $130,000 per year. The range represents what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting.
