Staffmark is hiring a Production Technician for an innovative company specializing in 3D printing technology and materials. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll help produce specialized 3D-printing resins used in advanced printing applications.

If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with chemicals, production equipment, and precise manufacturing procedures, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work!

What You'll Do

• Mix, measure, compound, and process raw materials to manufacture 3D-printing resins.
• Operate production equipment, including machinery used to process and prepare resin materials.
• Prepare raw materials and stage supplies to keep production running efficiently.
• Monitor production processes and inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
• Fill, label, and package finished products according to established work instructions.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and required PPE protocols when handling chemicals.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and assist with routine equipment checks.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, chemical handling, laboratory, or materials-processing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and established production procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when measuring materials, monitoring processes, and checking product quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production machinery.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and accurate documentation.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around chemical odors and wearing required PPE, including masks and gloves.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
