Warehouse Supervisor

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional training in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or business operations is a plus.
• Forklift certification or relevant equipment operation experience preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, replenishment, repack, and shipping.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance management.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory tracking systems preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Forklift experience required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform routine warehouse tasks as needed.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Capable of supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to oversee multiple departments while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Job Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse personnel.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure operational goals are achieved.
• Support, coach, and provide direction to department leads and team members.
• Coordinate priorities across inbound, repack, putaway, inventory, picking, replenishment, and shipping departments.
• Monitor attendance, employee performance, and adherence to company procedures.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, operating procedures, and quality standards.
• Resolve workflow issues and operational escalations in a timely manner.
• Track and report warehouse KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics to management.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse.
