Job Duties Prepare, operate, test, and maintain Election Related Equipment Proof election materials for accuracy and quality Review and perform quality assurance checks for various election materials, equipment, and processes Prepare inventory for input into machines Provide verification of output material and other pertinent information Lead a team responsible for a specific process Perform related warehouse duties as required Complete paperwork associated with the recording of election material Record batch reconciliation information Assist in training BSI staff on department processes and procedures Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, and professional manner Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Requirements Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Previous experience leading teams and coordinating workflow processes. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment. Experience with inventory tracking, documentation, and quality assurance processes preferred. Ability to train and mentor team members on procedures and best practices. Physical Capabilities Ability to work for extended periods while standing or sitting. Capable of performing routine warehouse and production-related tasks. Ability to lift, pull, push, bend, and move materials safely. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
