Job Overview We are looking for a customer-focused, dependable professional to support our Prescott location. This position plays an important role in keeping customers and service technicians moving by helping identify and source the right parts, responding to incoming requests, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. While working at hte parts counter, you'll handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, do parts look up, shipping, receiving, and put stock away. The role primarily supports mining equipment parts. Occasional travel may be needed to assist with consignment inventory. The hours for this onsiteposition are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4pm. After several months this position will also be on call daily, so the position requires a flexible schedule after hours and weekends (overtime may be available).
