YOUR IMPACT

This is a 12-month term position.

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused Senior Field Marketing Specialist to support and execute regional marketing programs across the U.S. East. This is a field marketing role for an early-career marketer who is ready to build broader experience in regional planning, sales partnership, account-based marketing, demand generation, events, and performance measurement in a large B2B technology company.

Working with guidance from field marketing leadership and colleagues, this individual will coordinate programs from planning through follow-up, maintain accurate timelines and budgets, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that every detail is completed on time and to a high standard. The role will partner with sales teams and cross-functional marketing groups, as needed, to support pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, client engagement, and market presence.

The ideal candidate is a strong executor who takes ownership, follows through, learns quickly, and wants to develop into a Field Marketing Manager over time.

* Coordinate with campaign, digital, sales development, marketing operations, partner, and product marketing teams.
* Support lead management and follow-up processes to help improve engagement and conversion.
* Maintain campaign documentation and ensure program information is complete and accurate.

Account-Based Marketing Support
* Support ABM programs for priority U.S. East accounts under the direction of field marketing leadership.
* Help organize target-account lists, research account needs, coordinate personalized tactics, and track engagement.

* Manage detailed logistics such as schedules, vendors, speakers, invitations, registration, materials, onsite requirements, and follow-up.
* Maintain event checklists, budgets, purchase requirements, and stakeholder communications.
* Support pre-event promotion, onsite execution, and post-event lead follow-up and reporting.

Budget, Process & Operational Excellence
* Track program budgets, purchase requests, invoices, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
* Follow marketing, finance, procurement, brand, data, and reporting processes.
* Maintain organized program files, calendars, trackers, and documentation.
* Look for practical ways to improve efficiency, consistency, and the stakeholder experience.

Measurement & Reporting
* Track registrations, attendance, account engagement, leads, follow-up, campaign influence, and pipeline contribution using available systems and reports.
* Prepare regular program updates and summarize results, lessons learned, and recommended improvements.
