What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime Support PLC troubleshooting, light programming, and robotics maintenance Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting repairs as needed Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely Support plant maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain critical spare parts inventory and equipment documentation Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Vacuum furnace maintenance and repair experience is a plus Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork Why Join Us?
