Job Duties Assemble components and sub-assemblies following established assembly procedures and production standards. Handle, position, and install parts using appropriate tools, equipment, cranes, slings, and lifting devices as needed. Perform visual inspections to verify quality, labeling, component placement, and overall assembly compliance. Verify completed assemblies and make minor adjustments or corrections when necessary. Maintain production tools and equipment in good working condition. Assist with loading and unloading parts on the paint line as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team leaders, and coworkers regarding production needs and issues. Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards by following company policies and procedures. Proactively identify and help resolve production or quality concerns. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements Previous assembly experience is helpful but not required. Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders in English. Basic computer skills and ability to use a hand-held scanner. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented assembly environment. Willingness to learn all positions within the production work cell. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift without restrictions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Able to occasionally assist with loading and unloading parts on the paint line.
