Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Sun, Mon, Wed 10 hour shifts 5am-2pm

Job Duties

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders using warehouse equipment or electric pallet jacks.
• Inventory handling: Receive, unload, scan, and store incoming products and materials safely.
• Facility upkeep: Maintain a clean workspace and follow strict safety and compliance rules.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.
• Basic math, reading comprehension. general warehouse or sorting experience.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 18 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to lbs in non-climate-controlled environments.
