Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, inventory control, cycle counting, or material handling experience preferred. Experience conducting inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy. Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Flexible and willing to assist with various warehouse tasks as needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift. Ability to perform repetitive inventory and material-handling tasks. Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment. Job Duties Monitor and maintain inventory practices to ensure accurate inventory records. Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Research, investigate, and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Verify stock levels and update inventory records as needed. Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting activities. Support warehouse operations by maintaining organized inventory locations. Follow company procedures and inventory control standards. Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
