Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Duties

• Receive, verify, count, weigh, and inspect incoming and outgoing materials.
• Transport materials from receiving areas to designated storage and production locations.
• Supply assembly cells with necessary parts and materials to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
• Utilize computerized inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and 5S practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• 3-6 years of material handling, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
