Brake Press Operator - Direct Hire Location: Memphis, TN Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: First Shift \| 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts) Overtime Available What You'll Do Set up, operate, and adjust press brake machinery to produce quality metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications. Select, install, and align punches, dies, and tooling as required. Verify material type, dimensions, bend allowances, and finished part specifications. Inspect completed parts and make machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality standards. Follow safety procedures while meeting daily production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Experience Requirements Previous press brake operating experience required. Experience setting up and operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of tooling selection, bend calculations, and measurement techniques. Experience maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards. CNC press brake and programmable control experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
