MIG Welder - Direct Hire Location: Memphis, TN Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Day Shift \| 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts) Overtime Available What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and aluminum components used in generator enclosure manufacturing. Produce both high-volume production parts and custom fabrication projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Lay out, pull, and prepare materials for welding. Complete horizontal and vertical welds while maintaining quality standards. Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience. Experience MIG welding carbon steel and aluminum. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with part layout, material preparation, and setup. Proficient in horizontal and vertical MIG welding.
