Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products, leveraging innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS The Controls Assessment & Design team is a fundamental function to support new product launches, firmwide policy and standard uplifts, and continuously look for controls gaps in existing products. As part of the broader Business Controls team, the Risk & Controls Associate role serves as part of Marcus's first line of defense to ensure strong risk mitigation governance and process-level controls inventory. This role will focus on proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing controls or implementing additional controls. What you can expect in a Controls Assessment Associate role:
