This position is open to being remote on the east coast. Reporting to the Senior Director of Organizational Development and Change, the Senior Manager, Organizational Design will play a key role in the implementation of Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives at Bright Horizons. The individual will collaborate with Department Leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Management and Learning colleagues to understand business objectives and re-design teams to increase efficiency and achieve strategic business and talent objectives. Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Job Requirements - Education/Experience Education Bachelor's Degree required prefers in organizational Development, Leadership, or Psychology. Experience 5 years of experience in progressive HR / Organizational Design experience required Preferred Additional Job Experiences
