Job Summary
Manage the relationship between business leaders and Process & IT with focus on human resources and payroll topics. Serve as their point of contact partnering with them to strategize and evolve systems. Oversee functional and technical consulting teams that support the USA SAP HCM system, the UKG Pro Workforce Management time keeping system, Success Factors and interactions with other internal and external systems. Provide prioritization based on feedback from Human Resources and Payroll management. Work closely with business leaders to identify, scope, estimate, and lead project teams to enhance our systems and processes. Serves as the key contact for other internal teams to provide guidance in resolution of issues and HR-related topics that cross multiple landscapes. Ability and openness to learn and lead projects outside of HR-related topics, as needed. Job Responsibilities
