Position Highlights:

  • Position: Clinical Nurse Educator and Quality Coordinator Cancer Center
  • Hourly Pay Range: $39.78 - $67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Location: Elmhurst, IL - Cancer Center
  • Full Time | 40 hour/week
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Shifts will vary

What you will do:

  • As the RN Clinical Unit Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit.
  • You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
  • This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Experience: 5 years of previous clinical experienceand outpatient oncology/infusion experience
  • License: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
  • Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross, preferred. OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse), preferred
