Mission Manager Senior Mentor

The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a qualified Mission Manager Senior Mentor who is looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract. Candidates must be willing to work in the Augusta, GA area.

Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Mentor shall provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world missions; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management.

Basic Qualifications

• BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.

• Possess five years of operational or instructional experience within the last seven years related to real time sensitive collection or reporting in support of military operations.

• Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

• NSA, SCE, or industry equivalent instructor certification.

• Experience as an on-shift Mission Manager.

• NSA or SCE collection or geolocation certifications.
