Our Credit Administration team expertly manages the bank's credit risk and ensures the quality of our loan portfolio. They oversee credit approvals, continuously monitor loan performance, and ensure strict compliance with policies and regulations. By maintaining strong asset quality and minimizing credit losses, this team plays a crucial role in supporting the bank's overall objectives. Job Description
The Special Assets II position has a primary responsibility for management of troubled commercial loans, to better secure with collateral, equity, or other assets of the borrower, and other activities designed to preserve the loan principal, gather interest as possible, and prevent the loan from being charged off. Includes negotiation of payment structures with the customers to ensure repayment of loans, initiates litigation when necessary, inspects properties, and market properties for sale. Additionally, this position may handle other Credit Administrative responsibilities that serve to aid various lines of business. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in special assets management.
