Job Description

The Corporate Security Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for performing assigned tasks related to the corporate security & emergency operations area. Assigned tasks are commonly complex and diverse in nature requiring in-depth knowledge of the video surveillance software; must be able to analyze video and documents to draw accurate conclusion of situation; must work with corporate security & emergency operations managers to assign cases and gather information. Works independently within assigned tasks and case management.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will perform tasks and research assigned to you by an investigation manager
  • You will pull and analyze security video and write a synopsis for your investigation manager's case
  • You will initiate case preparation by collecting all information needed including video, checks, affidavits, and transactional information
  • You will assist with consumer division audits by reviewing and analyzing video per the audit request
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience; or 5-7years equivalent experience.
