The Senior Business Banker is primarily responsible to facilitate a consistent experience providing Cash Flow Management advice to clients that originate from banking centers and other channels throughout the bank, including the contact center, email and other sources. The Senior Business Banker will be responsible for driving Business Sales and Revenue growth in all branches within the BOKF Footprint during branch originated interactions. This will be accomplished by working to grow business deposits, loans and revenue through the retention and cross sell of business products and services to existing and prospective business customers through phone, video and online interactions. The Senior Business Banker is both a producer and expert resource for the Branch Delivery Channel as well as serving as a mentor to other Virtual Business Experts as it pertains to business credit and addressing complex transactions. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field and at least 8-10 years of Small Business Banking experience. A minimum of 8-10 years Financial Services experience with business banking sales or outside consultative business to business sales experience; OR 15+ years of equivalent work related experience.
